ShipDesi facilitates international shipping through third-party courier and logistics partners including, but not limited to:

- Garudavega
- Other authorized shipping partners
ShipDesi is not a courier carrier and does not directly operate international transportation networks.
3. Shipping Estimates
Shipping rates displayed on the platform are estimates based on:

- Volumetric weight
- Destination country
- Courier availability
- Package dimensions
- Customs classifications
Final shipping charges may vary after:
- Package inspection
- Repacking
- Consolidation
- Courier reassessment
ShipDesi reserves the right to revise shipping charges before shipment dispatch.
4. Package Consolidation
Customers may request consolidation of multiple packages into one shipment.

- Removal of excess packaging
- Combining multiple parcels
ShipDesi is not responsible for:
- Manufacturer packaging damage during consolidation
- Missing external retail packaging removed for volumetric optimization
- Reduced resale packaging condition
unless specific preservation instructions were requested in advance.

Estimated processing times are indicative only and may vary based on:

6. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times provided by ShipDesi or courier partners are non-binding estimates only.
ShipDesi shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Political events
- Regulatory inspections
- Airline or transportation disruptions
- Incorrect customer information
7. Customs Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs taxes
- VAT/GST
- Clearance fees
- Local government charges
These charges are:
- Determined by destination-country authorities
- Solely the responsibility of the customer
ShipDesi does not control or predict customs charges.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in:
- Shipment return

- Disposal by customs authorities
Any associated costs shall be borne by the customer.
8. Restricted & Prohibited Items
ShipDesi reserves the right to refuse, cancel, return, or dispose of shipments containing prohibited or restricted items.
Customers are responsible for verifying whether items are legally importable into the destination country.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
9.1 Third-Party Carrier Liability
Once a shipment is handed over to a courier partner, delivery operations are primarily governed by the carrier’s terms and liability policies.
9.2 Limited Liability
ShipDesi’s liability, if any, shall be limited to:
- The shipping charges paid for the affected shipment, or
- The declared insured value (if insurance was purchased)
whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
ShipDesi shall not be liable for:
- Consequential losses
- Emotional distress
- Business interruption
- Loss of profit
- Customs seizure
- Delayed delivery losses
9.3 Insurance
Optional shipping insurance may be available for certain shipments.
If insurance is not purchased:
- Shipments are transported entirely at customer risk.
Insurance claims are subject to:
- Courier partner approval
- Supporting documentation
- Investigation procedures
10. Storage Policy
ShipDesi may offer a complimentary storage period for incoming packages.
After the free storage period expires:
- Daily or monthly storage charges may apply.
Packages left unclaimed for extended periods may:
- Be considered abandoned
- Disposed of
- Liquidated
- Returned at customer expense
after reasonable notice.
11. Personal Shopper Orders
11.1 Nature of Service
Under the Personal Shopper service, ShipDesi purchases products on behalf of customers from third-party sellers.
11.2 Product Availability & Quality
ShipDesi does not guarantee:
- Product availability
- Seller authenticity
- Product quality
- Exact color or sizing
- Manufacturing defects
unless explicitly stated.
11.3 Non-Returnable Purchases
Personal Shopper purchases are generally considered final once:
- An order has been placed with the seller
- Payment has been processed
- Procurement has begun
Returns may not be possible unless accepted by the original seller.
12. Fulfillment & 3PL Services
For fulfillment clients:
