This Prohibited Items Policy outlines the categories of items that cannot be shipped, stored, purchased, fulfilled, forwarded, exported, or otherwise handled through ShipDesi services.

3.4 Counterfeit & Illegal Goods
Including:
- Fake branded items
- Pirated products
- Copyright-infringing materials
- Unauthorized replicas
- Stolen goods
3.5 Human Remains & Biological Materials
Including:
- Human organs
- Blood products
- Biohazard materials
- Infectious substances
3.6 Illegal Pornographic or Obscene Materials
Including any material prohibited under:
- Indian law
- Destination-country law
- International regulations

5. Fulfillment Inventory Restrictions
Fulfillment clients may not store inventory involving:

6. Personal Shopper Restrictions

Approval of a request is entirely at ShipDesi’s discretion.
7. Customs & Regulatory Compliance
ShipDesi does not guarantee that an item accepted for shipping:

Customs authorities may:

- Return
- Seize
- Destroy shipments
Customers bear full responsibility for:
- Customs compliance
- Duties and taxes
- Legal import eligibility
8. Misdeclaration & Fraud
Customers may not:

- Understate shipment value
- Use false descriptions
- Conceal prohibited items

where fraud or illegal conduct is suspected.
9. Package Inspection Rights
ShipDesi reserves the right to:

any package handled through its facilities.
Refusal to permit inspection may result in shipment rejection.
10. Disposal of Prohibited Items
If prohibited items are discovered, ShipDesi may:
- Refuse shipment

- Surrender the item to authorities

at the customer’s cost and risk.
No compensation or refund shall be provided for prohibited items.

All associated risks remain the responsibility of the customer.
